Located at the wrist transverse crease (line at the base of the pisiform bone) • In the depression between the tendon abductor pollicis longus and the radial artery
Needling
Type: Perpendicular    Depth:  0.3 to 0.5 cun
Description: Perpendicular insertion 0.3 to 0.5 cun, avoiding radial artery 
Caution: Avoid Radial artery

Energetics 1
YUAN SOURCE POINT: Tonlify lung qi and yin (for LU Qi and LU yin deficiencies) • Respiratory problems - cough with watery phlegm, asthma, wheezing, dyspnea, shortness of breath, frequent yawning • Throat (dry throat, oppression)
