Location
1.5 cun proximal to LI-5 • Between Tendons of Brachioradialis and Abductor Pollicis Longus • On the forearm, superior to styloid process of the radius, 1.5 cun proximal to the transverse crease of the wrist
Needling
Type: Transverse    Depth:  0.5 to 1 cun
Description: Pinch up the skin over the point with one hand, needle 0.5 to 1 cun transversely in proximal or distal direction.  
Caution: Avoid the cephalic vein.

Energetics 1
LUO POINT: Excess - heat at palms or wrist; Deficiency - frequent yawning; Shortness of breath, Enuresis, Frequent urination, LUO connects with palm, thenar eminence and the LI channel • COMMAND POINT: Head and nape • REN CONFLUENCE POINT: REN - Leukorrhea, irregular menstruation, infertility, hernia, nocturnal emission, enuresis, urine retention, pain in epigastric region, pain in lower abdomen and pain in genital region. • reproductive problems • Bladder (Urinary disorders) • Throat pain
