Flex elbow to 90 degrees • On the line between LI-5 with LI-11 • 3 cun proximal to LI-5 • Find the distance between the transverse crease of the wrist and the transverse crease of the elbow is 12 cun, then divide it in half and divide half again to get a quarter (3 cun).

Type: Transverse, Oblique    Depth:  0.5 to 1 cun
Description: Transverse oblique insertion 0.5 to 1 cun
