Prototype status
AiQUIN is a demo product. Please don't enter real patient information into it.
Your account
The information you provide on your profile should be accurate, and any credentials you list should be genuine. AiQUIN may remove a profile or listing that appears to misrepresent a practitioner's licensing or credentials.
Referrals and recommendations
Referral and recommendation letters submitted through AiQUIN are between the sender and recipient. AiQUIN is not a party to, and does not review, the clinical content of any referral.
Changes
These terms may change as the product develops. Continued use of AiQUIN after a change means you accept the updated terms.
