Directions: 
  • Make herbs into powder.  Take 3-6 grams, 3 times per day.  Can also prepare as decoction with Zi Su Yi (6-9 g), Xiang Fu (6-9 g), Chen Pi (3-6 g), and Zhi Gan Cao (3-6 g).
